Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I got was still full of cigarette smoke from the previous occupant, and it was at the top of the hotel. The smell was nothing like the pictures and quite unpleasant. On the brighter side, the service was reasonably friendly, especially the receptionist who was helpful with directions and recommendations for my short stay. The location was very close to the train station and convenient, though a bit noisy due to sirens and traffic. Dining was a bit of a letdown with just instant coffee and stale toast. On the positive side, the hotel had a unique colored interior decor and was close to New Street station.
The hotel's location was convenient for my needs and fairly close to where I wanted to go. The service provided was really nice and helpful, making my stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite disappointing, being in a poor state of maintenance with dirty mugs and stains. The dining experience left much to be desired, with unappetizing food options. Overall, it was an okay stay with some drawbacks.
The hotel is in a good location for work and near the Bull Ring and center. The rooms were lovely and nicely decorated, suitable for a solo female traveler. The service was friendly and helpful, with cooked-to-order breakfast. The dining experience was disappointing due to low-quality food. The hotel has neat grounds but a gloomy interior. Close to transportation, with a helpful and polite staff member named Matthew.
